Meet Olivia, a social worker who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people can show up as they are and feel truly heard.

Olivia works with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, health challenges, grief, and other emotional experiences that can feel overwhelming or isolating. Olivia's goal is to walk alongside you, offering compassion, perspective, and tools to help you cope, find clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Olivia's practice is grounded, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, knowing there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. Olivia believes in moving at a pace that feels right for you — providing support, reflection, and gentle encouragement along the way. Her work is shaped by both professional experience and personal insight, and Olivia strives to approach every session with openness, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique journey.

Olivia brings a variety of experience from grief groups, private practice, and hospital settings. Olivia takes an individualized approach with every client, continually learning and adapting to find what resonates best for each person she works with. Overall, Olivia is committed to a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive lens in all aspects of her work.

Outside of her practice, Olivia finds balance through movement, reading, and spending time with her close-knit family, including her sweet pup, who reminds her daily to slow down and be present.

At the heart of Olivia's work is a belief in the healing power of human connection. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin — the journey can start in uncertainty. It’s okay to feel afraid; what matters is that you’re open to taking the first step. Olivia is here to meet you where you are and walk with you, one step at a time.

"Grief does not change you. It reveals you. And herein lies the gift that cannot die. It changes the course of your life forever. If you allow yourself the chance to feel it for as long as you need to - even if it is for the rest of your life - you will be guided by it."- John Green
