Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling isolated, lost, or unsure of where to turn for support. In her practice, Megan strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate difficulties and celebrate their successes. She offers a supportive presence and a safe space for healing and growth.

Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and brings over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families across a variety of settings. She has supported people of all ages through periods of uncertainty, crisis, and transformation. Her practice is informed by a deep belief in human resilience and the power of meaningful connection.

With a flexible and integrated approach, Megan draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to meet clients where they are and help them develop a path forward. She supports clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, abortion decision-making and recovery, and stress management.

Rooted in a holistic and person-centered philosophy, Megan’s work is grounded in the belief that every person has the strength and capacity to heal when given the right support. She looks forward to connecting and walking alongside clients on their journey toward growth and wellbeing.
